Space Force joins the intelligence neighborhood

WASHINGTON — The intelligence arm of the United States Space Force is now an official a part of the U.S. intelligence neighborhood, following a Jan. eight ceremony.

Located at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, Space Delta 7 is the operational intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) component of the Space Force. It is the primary new group to affix the intelligence neighborhood since 2006, when the Drug Enforcement Agency’s Office of National Security Intelligence joined.
